Travel installations are available for clients outside of the studio area to qualifying clients.
Travel installs Minimum 12-hour install requirement.
Out-of-state clients may inquire about destination installation bookings. Travel arrangements and applicable travel fees are required for all travel appointments.

Policies & Procedures
1. All deposits are NON- REFUNDABLE . Balances of services are paid through our credit card processing machine at your appointment.
2. Appointments can be rescheduled only ONCE, with notice at least 24 Hours in advance. Please cancel all appointments via confirmation/ reminder notification.
3. Please come with your hair detangled and no previous style in. There is an extra charge for extensive detangling or the take down of a previous hairstyle.
4. Appointments can/will be cancelled if you are 15 minutes late. Repeated lateness or your 1st no call no show will get you blocked or will have to pay full price upfront + a $25 No Call No Show fee in order to book.
5. No extra guests. Only the person getting serviced is allowed. Unless it’s a child then 1 parent is allowed
6. Please be mindful of noise level with conversations at the salon.
7. Please inform me of any allergies, what you like and don't like
8. NO DISRESPECT..I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE!!! DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED!
9. Please be mindful of which salon and salon location you choose when booking.
10. After hour appointments there is a Special Accommodations Fee.
11. Only 1 Discount per sale transaction & per client per a day.
12. If you are sneezing, coughing, or showing ANY symptoms of COVID or any other illness, please reschedule

PAYMENT METHOD: PLASTIC ONLY !!!!! Please pay with Plastic (Visa / Mastercard / American Express ACCEPTED)We have a card processing machine(All payments are powered through GlossGenius ). Tips are not mandatory but are always welcomed (through cash, Zelle, cash app, or Apple Pay)
ALL FINAL PRICES ARE DETERMINED BY LENGTH, THICKNESS, THE CONDITION OF YOUR HAIR, THE STYLE REQUESTED AND OVERALL TIME & WORK/SKILL REQUIRED TO ACHIEVE DESIRED STYLE!

Our services include expert Loc Maintenance, Loc Repairs and Restorations, Natural Styling, and targeted Treatments for both loose natural hair and locs. As a licensed cosmetologist and Certified Sisterlocks® Consultant, we also offer comprehensive Sisterlocks® and Microlocks services.
All services are provided in a calm, relaxing, and zen-inspired environment—designed to nurture not just your hair, but your overall well-being.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, cancellations can/ will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
